Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

 

At Lead Flow Studio, all services are provided on a customized and project-based basis. Because of the time, resources, and planning involved, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued for completed work, work in progress, consultations, or services already delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, website development, AI solutions, automation setup, and consulting services.

 

If a refund or partial refund is offered, it will be determined at the sole discretion of Lead Flow Studio and must be agreed upon in writing before any refund is issued. Any approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

 

For subscription-based services, clients may cancel at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable, and access to services will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
